For European customers delivery is approximately 5-7 working days. For customers outside Europe and the UK delivery is approximately 7-10 working days. The definition of working days is Monday to Friday and not including Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. Please be aware that the Royal Mail do not officially class an item as «lost» until 15 working days have passed since posting.
