If your goods are ordered before 4PM we will post them that day. Depending on your location your goods should arrive within a few days. For UK customers delivery is approximately 3-5 working days. For European customers delivery is approximately 5-7 working days. For customers outside Europe and the UK delivery is approximately 7-10 working days. The definition of working days is Monday to Friday and not including Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. If your goods do not arrive within the guideline times please contact us using the «Contact Us» link and we will check the dispatch of the item. Please be aware that the Royal Mail do not officially class an item as «lost» until 15 working days have passed since posting. Once this time has passed we can claim with the Royal Mail and replace missing items.
