This is a cool lot of 4 vintage original 1950’s cardboard adult party hats. They seem like they could possibly by New Years hats. They are all new and unused, and still have the elastic to go under the chin. They are also larger than a kids party hat, and the sayings seem to have more of an adult theme to them.
