This listing is for a vintage 1982 Beistle HAPPY NEW YEAR jointed streamer banner decoration. It is new old stock and still sealed in the original package. The package says it measures 6 foot long and it appears to be about 5-6″ tall. Though it is still sealed in the package, there is some minor wear from age and storage. See pics for more details.
